Perhaps one of my favorite winter time snacks! Ayurveda suggests to increase fats and oils during the winter months and this certainly does it!
2 slices of bread
1 tbsp ghee
1/2 ripe avocado
salt + peper
hard boiled egg (opitional)
hard boiled egg (opitional)
- Heat 1 tsp of ghee in a frying pan on medium heat, I prefer cast iron
- Spread ghee on each side of bread slice
- Fry bread until each side is browned
- Spread slice or spread avocado on toast
- Sprinkle with salt + pepper to taste
