The livestream and in-person classes are included in The Sanctuary membership. If you are not ready to join the membership and prefer to drop-in you can sign up here. If you sign up less then one-hour prior or do not receive the class link, the class link can also be found when you login and choose the class date that you are registered for. Please note, classes are in central standard time.

There are regularly scheduled series that are included in The Sanctuary membership and also available to sign up for non-members. Go here for the current schedule of series and workshops.
In-person classes are held at The Quarry Arts Building located at 715 Hill Street, suite 170 (which is down the hall near the restrooms), in Madison, Wisconsin.
The classes are designed to be trauma-aware, meaning if you are practicing online, you can turn off your camera. I will lead the group through meditation and movement practice. Although there is time for questions before and after class, group participation or conversation is not required.
