My heart is overflowing with gratitude. This year’s Costa Rica Āyurveda, Yoga & Meditation retreats were life-changing.

A beautiful and genuine heart-centered group of humans gathered in the jungle. It’s remarkable how shared interest and intention can swiftly forge deep connections.

The sense of true belonging and presence was beyond words. The jungle setting, combined with the support of unseen forces - śraddha, prāna & agni - elevated our experience. Thank you to everyone who made this transformative journey possible.
