Experience a Live Class
*In-person class is held at The Quarry Arts Building located at 715 Hill Street, suite 170 (which is down the hall near the restrooms), in Madison, Wisconsin.
The classes are designed to be trauma-aware, meaning if you are practicing online, you can turn off your camera. I will lead the group through meditation and movement practice. Although there is time for questions before and after class, group participation or conversation is not required.

Andrea Russell, lead instructor and creator, is an Āyurvedic doctor, yoga therapist, and meditation teacher. She has been teaching group yoga classes full-time since 2000 and is devoted to sharing timeless eastern wisdom teachings and practices. Her mission is to provide you with the tools and support you need to heal, thrive, and move well.
