In the Your Wise Way program we will avoid fad diets, rigid doctrines, or dismissive comparisons of different methods. You will receive the information and guidance you need to discover your wise way.

  • Time: Mondays, 6:00-7:30 pm central standard time
  • Format: Weekly virtual, live interactive sessions (all sessions will be recorded and available as replays). Curated emails and resources. A community forum (not on social media).

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
FAQs

Do I need any previous experience with Āyurveda?
No previous Āyurveda experience is needed. If you have Āyurveda experience, this program will deepen it.

How much time will I need to do the course?
There are 10 modules, one live class and the replay released each week along with weekly emails and optional yoga, meditation, and breath work practices. Most people can digest and complete the material within 10 weeks while others may take more time. It is about a two hour commitment per week.

How long do I have access to the course?
You will have access to the course for six months.

I’ve done a lot of personal work, how will this help me?
That is awesome and it will support you through this program which may offer a further deepening.

I’m going away for a week / I will miss the live classes, is this a problem?
Many people join us though they can’t make the live classes. They report back they still have a profoundly beneficial experience and feel they are in the class and part of the community.

I was thinking about booking a consult with you / I already work individually with you. Should I still take this course?
Yes – you will learn a great deal from this program even if you’re working with me individually. 

Am I too old / young for this course?
Women of all ages are welcome to join. The information is aimed at perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. Perhaps you are younger and want to be prepared. Also, one is never too old to benefit from community, daily rhythms, and transformation. The material is adaptable along your life journey and the season you are in. 

What if I decide this course isn’t for me?
Given the digital nature of this course refunds are not available.
