We gather for eight weeks, with one online session each week, including a teaching, a guided practice, and time for questions. Between sessions, there will be a small daily practice to support you.

No beliefs are required. The process of sinking into greater peace and equanimity is not tied to any tradition, belief system, or culture. It is a basic human possibility, available to anyone.

DEEPENING COACH
Andrea has spent 30 years practicing meditation, studying Eastern traditions, and exploring these possibilities directly through her own spiritual path.
She is an Āyurvedic doctor and yoga therapist whose work sits at the intersection of ancient wisdom and modern understanding of the mind.
She has completed The Deepening Protocol coach training program and draws from non-dual, yogic, and Buddhist traditions alongside contemporary neuroscience.
