A Guided Deepening Session helps you make progress in your experience of inner peace and wellbeing. It supports the expansion and stabilization of this experience in daily life, allowing peace and equanimity to feel more accessible and natural. As you sink into what is already present, the sense of a bounded self begins to soften, opening into a more unitive experience of existence.

The process of deepening into greater equanimity is not tied to any one tradition, belief system, or culture. It is a basic human possibility available to anyone, regardless of background.
Throughout history, many wisdom traditions have offered pathways pointing to this shift: a natural movement where psychological suffering is released, self-identity softens, and a stable sense of wellbeing comes to the foreground of experience. Whether through direct inquiry methods or devotional, contemplative, or meditative practices, the essential possibility remains the same.
It is not the attainment of a special state, but an opening to things exactly as they are. Rather than excluding ordinary experience, embodied awakening is meeting the complexity of lived experience with receptivity, willingness, and a savoring of its infinite diversity. It is waking up to the possibility of including everything within persistent equanimity.
Transformation unfolds uniquely for each individual, yet tends to follow universal patterns.

A Guided Deepening session is a conversation and an experiential practice.
The approach is compassionate, direct, and grounded. Each session creates a shared space of inquiry and deep listening.
I will ask simple, direct questions that point your attention back to your lived experience with heightened awareness. You will be encouraged to sink into the qualities that are already present, allowing deeper layers to naturally reveal themselves.
Whether your desire is to feel greater equanimity or to explore your unbound nature, you’re welcome just as you are. Sessions are held online via Zoom, making it easy for us to work together.
Awakening is the clear seeing that dissolves the false sense of separation. The seer, the seeing, and the seen are a single, indivisible occurrence.
The awakening process may include insights, shifts, and perceptual changes. It often unfolds through a natural sequence of entering the stream, followed by periods of deconstruction and reintegration. As layers of identification and resistance fall away, psychological suffering lessens — and may be released entirely.
At its heart, awakening is a fundamental transformation in how life is experienced —
clear, intimate, and utterly simple.
It can be helpful to have a trail guide along the path, someone who has walked sections of the terrain and can point, gently and precisely, to what may be within reach.

Guided Deepening offers the potential for swift, smooth, and stable transformation—regardless of where someone is on the equanimity or awakening continuum. It is a holistic framework that meets you exactly where you are and supports your unfolding with clarity and care.
While a single session can offer a meaningful glimpse, true progress — the stabilization and deepening of equanimity and awakening — is best supported through multiple sessions.
Continued exploration allows the shifts to become more integrated, accessible, and persistent within daily life.
Cancellation Policy
In the event you need to cancel your appointment, 48 hours notice is required prior to the appointment. If you choose to cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice or ‘no-show,’ you will be responsible for the full amount of the missed appointment.

Guided Deepening explores various aspects of one’s internal experience, including (but not limited to) thoughts, feelings, memories, emotions, and sense of self. You may encounter both familiar and unfamiliar psychological and emotional experiences.
While many people seek a spiritual path hoping to feel good, the process itself can bring about both peaceful and turbulent experiences. The process calls for mental resilience, emotional maturity, and a willingness to meet all aspects of experience.
Guided Deepening is a unique approach that invites a particular quality of attention and presence. While it may appear similar to other practices, it unfolds along its own particular pathway. Participants are strongly encouraged to refrain from engaging in psychedelics, active trauma processing, shadow work, or intensive deconditioning programs while participating in Guided Deepening Sessions.
Please consider your current mental and emotional wellbeing before choosing to engage in this work. If you have a diagnosis of unstable mental health, Guided Deepening is not appropriate at this time. In such cases, please seek care from a qualified mental health professional.
