A Guided Deepening Session helps you make progress in your experience of inner peace and well-being. It supports the expansion and stabilization of this experience in daily life, allowing peace and equanimity to feel more accessible and natural. Through guided practice and deepened awareness, the sense of a bounded self begins to soften, opening into a more unitive experience of existence.

A Guided Deepening session is a conversation, a guided meditation, and an experiential practice. It supports you in attuning to your immediate experience and gently opens awareness to subtler, often overlooked dimensions of being.
There are two natural pathways into this work:

I sense there’s something deeper. I want to see how far it goes.
The process of deepening into greater peace and equanimity is not tied to any one tradition, belief system, or culture. It is a basic human possibility available to anyone, regardless of background.
Throughout history, many wisdom traditions have offered pathways pointing to this shift: a natural movement where psychological suffering is released, self identity softens, and a stable sense of well-being comes to the foreground of experience. Whether through direct inquiry methods or devotional, contemplative, or meditative practices, the essential possibility remains the same.
This isn’t about attaining a reified state or transcending ordinary life, but opening to the truth of reality as it is—clear, intimate, and unobscured. Rather than excluding ordinary experience, it is seeing through the perceptual distortions—such as self identity, doubt, and grasping—that maintain the illusion of separation. From this unbound nature, one can meet the complexity of lived experience with greater receptivity, willingness, and openness.
Transformation unfolds uniquely for each individual, yet tends to follow universal patterns.

A Guided Deepening session is a conversation, a guided meditation, and an experiential practice. It supports you in attuning to your immediate experience and gently opens awareness to subtler, often overlooked dimensions of being.
The approach is compassionate, direct, and grounded. Each session creates a shared space of inquiry and deep listening.
I will ask simple, direct questions that point your attention back to your lived experience with heightened awareness. You will be encouraged to sink into the qualities that are present, allowing deeper layers to naturally reveal themselves.
Whether your desire is to feel greater equanimity or to explore your unbound nature, you’re welcome just as you are. Sessions are held online via Zoom, making it easy for us to work together.
Awakening can be described as a profound, permanent, and persistent shift in the sense of self accompanied by significant changes in perception.
It often begins with the recognition that we are not seeing reality as it truly is, followed by periods of deconstruction and integration that increasingly reveal what was obscured. As layers of reification, identification, and resistance fall away, psychological suffering lessens and one's natural potential is recognized.
At its heart, awakening is a fundamental transformation in how life is experienced, marked by a growing clarity of the indivisible nature of reality.

Guided Deepening offers the potential for swift, smooth, and stable transformation—regardless of where someone is on the equanimity or awakening continuum. It is a holistic framework that meets you exactly where you are and supports your unfolding with clarity and care.
While a single session can offer a meaningful glimpse, true progress in the stabilization and deepening of equanimity and awakening is best supported through multiple sessions.
Continued exploration allows the shifts to become more integrated, accessible, and persistent within daily life.

In the event you need to cancel your appointment, 48 hours notice is required prior to the appointment. If you choose to cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice or ‘no-show,’ you will be responsible for the full amount of the missed appointment.

Guided Deepening explores various aspects of one’s internal experience, including (but not limited to) thoughts, feelings, memories, emotions, and sense of self. You may encounter both familiar and unfamiliar psychological and emotional experiences.
While many people seek a spiritual path hoping to feel good, the process itself can bring about both peaceful and turbulent experiences. The process calls for mental resilience, emotional maturity, and a willingness to meet all aspects of experience.
Guided Deepening is a unique approach that invites a particular quality of attention and presence. While it may appear similar to other practices, it unfolds along its own particular pathway. Participants are strongly encouraged to refrain from engaging in psychedelics, active trauma processing, shadow work, or intensive deconditioning programs while participating in Guided Deepening Sessions.
Please consider your current mental and emotional well-being before choosing to engage in this work. If you have a diagnosis of unstable mental health, Guided Deepening is not appropriate at this time. In such cases, please seek care from a qualified mental health professional.

I began practicing meditation 12 years ago through the Joy of Living program. I've tapped into some transformational experiences that have shifted my relationships to be more open and accepting, and my work in teaching to be more compassionate and service-oriented. But I've never lost the sense that there's more potential to explore.

The Guided Deepening practice for me is a new doorway to an even more foundational, essential, and broad experience. Andrea has spent 30 years practicing meditation, studying traditional teachings, participating in groups, and listening to individual accounts of spiritual transformation. Alongside this, she has been exploring and experiencing these possibilities directly through her own spiritual path. She completed The Deepening Protocol coach training program, which is a framework designed to support others in cultivating equanimity and alleviating suffering. She has also received individual guidance through a contemporary model of the 10 Fetters. In addition, she is familiar with yogic, Buddhist, and newly emerging maps of awakening.
Her journey has been shaped and supported by many teachers, mentors, and friends. Andrea is deeply grateful to Peter Levitt and Luciano Melo for helping to clarify spiritual awakening. She holds abiding gratitude for Boris Feldman and Christiane Michelberger, whose guidance and mentorship carried her through some of the most pivotal moments on this path. And to Rastal, Boris, and Colette—for developing The Deepening Protocol and making it possible for this profound framework to be shared in service of others’ realization of fundamental okayness and their natural potential.
