Ayurveda believes good health begins in the gut and that many diseases can be traced back to poor digestion. This is a classic Ayurvedic tea for supporting digestive health. Whether you have a digestive imbalance or you simply want to support optimal digestion, this is a wonderful gentle daily tea.
Enjoy a cup before or after a meal, or sip all throughout the day, however avoid drinking liquids during meal times as it can dampen your digestive fire.
Typically we drink teas warm, though during the hot summer months you can let this tea cool to room temperature.
