"I didn’t think the cleanses were something for me as I’m a fairly fussy eater and hadn’t had any digestive issues. Then when I returned from a trip, I felt like attempting a cleanse was a good way to reintegrate back into my day to day life. Chef Lauren cooked my meals which was wonderful and made it all a lot easier.
The first two days were tough, I experienced cravings for snacks and sweets, and was dragging without my afternoon cup of caffeinated tea. It's now been 8 weeks since the cleanse.
