Tropical Smoothie

1 banana

1/2  fresh papaya or 1 mango
1 1/2 cup pinapple juice or coconut water
2 Tbsp. tahini

Whether using papaya or mango, discard seeds and scoop out flesh.  Blend all ingredients in the blender and enjoy a smoothie high in vitamin C and protein!
