Strawberry-Chia Pudding

This is quite possibly the most simple, easy-to-digest, delicious dessert! It is almost 100% raw, beautifully fragrant, tridoshic, light and quite refreshing after a long day of spring gardening.
1/3 cup chia seeds
1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
a few strands saffron
1/4 tsp cardamom
1 TB raw honeyHeat almond milk, cardamom and saffron on low, until the saffron has infused the liquid. Poor mixture over the chia seeds in a medium-sized serving dish.  Let sit for 15-30 minutes. Cover with a layer of strawberries, then drizzle with honey.  Serve room temp or warm. Must eat fresh.
