Raw Vegan Chocolate Pudding

1/4 cup medjool dates, pitted and soaked for 4 hours
1/4 cup maple syrup or 1/2 of a banana
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 avocados
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup water

Blend all ingredients together in a food processor or blender.  It is best to add ingredients into the mixer slowly, a few at a time so that the blade doesn’t get stuck.  Refrigerate for 30 minutes, then enjoy!
