Raspberry Coconut Smoothie

1 cup raspberries
1/2 banana
1 1/2 cups rice milk
1/2 cup shaved coconut 
1 Tbsp flax seeds
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp black sesame seeds
1-2 tsp carob powder
Grind all seeds and shaved coconut in a coffee grinder (best if it is only used for spices and not used for coffee or your smoothie will taste like coffee:).  Place ground mixture and all other ingredients in the blender.  Enjoy!
