Lavender Lemonade

Are you looking for a refreshing summer drink to keep you cool + calm? Lavender infused lemonade is one of my favorites. Lemon is supportive for digestion and has a cooling effect while lavender is known for its incredibly calming therapeutic properties.  Enjoy!
2 c boiling water
1/4  c culinary lavender
2/3 c honey
8 lemons, juiced (about 1 1/2 c)
2 c cold water
1. Place lavender in the 2 cups of boiling water, allow to steep for 15 minutes.
2. Strain lavender and discard.  Add honey to the lavender water, stirring to allow it to dissolve, then add 2 cups of cold water and the juiced lemons.
3. Pour over ice to serve.
