Goji-Blueberry Oatmeal

4 c rolled oats
2 c oat bran
1 c lecithin 
1 c shredded coconut
1 c sunflower seeds
1 c raw unsalted almonds, ground
1 c milk thistle seeds, ground
1/2 c flax seeds, ground
1/2 c chia seeds, ground
1/2 c dried blueberries
1/2 c dried goji berries

Mix all ingredients together and store in an air tight container in the refrigerator.  To serve pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1/2 cup of cereal, cover for three minutes.  Add maple syrup and milk if you’d like.
