Digestive Tonic

24 oz. h2o
1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar (raw & unpaterized)
1″ fresh ginger cut in quarters
1 tsp. dried ginger
1/8 tsp. stevia or honey to taste

Bring to a boil one cup of water, ginger and stevia, once boiling turn off heat and let steep for 5 minutes.  Add remaining water and apple cider vinegar, pour over ice!
