Coconut Buddha Balls

1 tbsp coconut butter/oil
¼ cup pitted dates
3 tbsp orange juice
½ tsp orange zest
¼ c raw cacao powder
¼ tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp sea salt
2 tsp agave nectar or hony
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ cup shredded dried unsweetened coconut
Blend first 8 ingredients together until it forms a chunky paste. Take one tsp at a time, and form a ball, rolling it in coconut to coat. If the mixture is too liquid, chill briefly in fridge or freezer. Once balls are rolled, refrigerate for 30 minutes.
